This Privacy Policy details how The Law Firm of Nina L. Kaufman, Esq. (hereinafter referred to as “The Firm”, “us” or “we”) treats the information that is gathered about you when you use, sign up or register on any of The Firm’s websites including http://www.askthebusinesslawyer.com and http://www.businesspartnershipcentral.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Sites”). By registering on the Sites, you expressly consent to the collection, use, disclosure and storage of such information as set forth in this Privacy Policy.

Non Personally Identifiable Information (Cookies):

International Users:

Third Party Sites:
When you register for promotions found on The Firm websites, you will actually be registering your information with that third party company (namely, www.KickStartCart.com), not The Firm. By doing so, you agree to that company’s privacy policy. Security:
The Firm does not ever store your credit card information. Credit card transactions are provided through a financial gateway owned by KickStartCart.com. The financial gateway uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software to assure the protection of your credit card transactions as they are transferred over the Internet. However, although we take reasonable technological precautions to protect your credit card information and other data in transmission, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As such, The Firm cannot warrant that your information will be absolutely secure. Any transmission of data, financial or otherwise, through the Sites is at your own risk.
